Failure to do so may lead to results may be inconsistent with those presented on this Site. In such cases, AB Mauri has no responsibility and is not required to take action to rectify these issues on your behalf;

(b) AB Mauri will seek to update this website as research and anecdotal evidence from the industry is accrued and to update out-of-date information. You should monitor this site for any updates, which may include technical research information; yeast strain information; the addition and deletion of annual certificates required for the manufacture of AB Mauri active dried yeast; and other information on this Site. AB Mauri is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information or material on this Site or for results obtained from use of this information or material;

(c) Information at this Site is provided "as is". AB Mauri does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to this Site. In using this Site, you acknowledge that the Internet is inherently unreliable and AB Mauri is not responsible for any inaccuracies, interferences or interruptions in providing this Site to you which are not within AB Mauri’s direct control;

The governing law of this Site is New South Wales. AB Mauri and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
