Viognier
Although a distinctive variety on its own, it is often blended with Shiraz/Syrah wines to produce the exciting Shiraz Viognier style of wine. A rich, velvety palate, combined with overtones of peach, apricot, honeysuckle, pineapple, fresh flowers and toast, make this variety a certain showstopper of the future.
